If you’re familiar with the Bullet, you know it’s a 1-kilo induction roaster that gives you a lot of control without being complicated once you get the hang of it. It connects to your computer and works with RoastTime software, so you can monitor temps, power, fan, drum speed, and save or repeat roast profiles. Great for learning and dialing things in consistently.
This is the V2 version, so it has the updated electronics and safety improvements. It’s been cleaned regularly and never pushed beyond normal home roasting use.
